We are primarily a brick-and-mortar shop. For specific requests, call us and we'll do our best to help.

You don't need a specific question. Mandy Kay creates a calm, non-judgmental space and will walk you through each card in context. Think of it as a conversation that helps you see your situation more clearly.

What should I wear or bring to a sound bath?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow if you like. Plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Are your crystals genuine?

Every piece is personally sourced and verified. We don't sell dyed, heat-treated, or synthetic stones without clearly labeling them. Ask us about any piece and we'll tell you exactly what it is and where it came from.

Do you offer gift options?

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

Walk-ins are welcome for shopping any time. For services, appointments are recommended. We ask for 24 hours' notice on cancellations. Late arrivals may have shortened session times.

Absolutely — bring it in! Our staff loves a good identification challenge. Whether it's something you dug up, inherited, or picked up at an estate sale, we'll do our best to tell you what it is. No purchase necessary. If we're stumped, we'll say so honestly and point you in the right direction.

Not at all. We welcome spiritual seekers, skeptics, scientists, and the genuinely curious in equal measure. Crystals are real objects with fascinating geology — piezoelectric properties, complex lattice structures, and trace elements that create unique color and form. What meaning you attach to that, if any, is entirely your own.

Our Philosophy: While our owner and staff believe deeply in the energetic properties and healing vibrations of these stones, we will never push our beliefs onto you. We are here to support your journey, whatever that may be. Whether you're here for the metaphysics or just the minerals, you belong here.

Reiki is not affiliated with any religion and doesn't require any specific beliefs. It's a gentle, non-invasive energy practice — the practitioner places hands lightly on or just above the body. Most people find it deeply relaxing. It's safe for all ages and can complement (but never replaces) medical treatment. We'll be offering it soon — sign up to be notified when our next practitioner joins us.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Walk-ins & Appointments: Walk-ins are always welcome for shopping during normal business hours. For readings and spiritual services, appointments are highly recommended and receive priority — same-day walk-in service requests are accommodated based on availability. Classes, workshops, and special events require advance registration due to limited spots.

Cancellations & Deposits: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Some service providers require a deposit or upfront payment for specific events — these are non-refundable if canceled without 24-hour notice. In some instances, a credit may be offered toward a future session at the sole discretion of the individual service provider.

Late Arrivals: Sessions are scheduled to start promptly. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients.

No-Shows: We are happy to reschedule no-shows, but we require full payment upfront to book a new date with our service providers. This payment becomes non-refundable if the new appointment is canceled without 24 hours' notice.
